Step 1: Insert your Infusionsoft API Key into the appropriate field. To retrieve your key, follow the instructions here: http://help.infusionsoft.com/userguides/get-started/tips-and-tricks/api-key. If you want to set this as the default key for future webinars, check the box labelled “Set as Default Key?”
Step 2: Insert your Infusionsoft URL into the appropriate field. To retrieve your Infusionsoft URL, login to Infusionsoft and select the appropriate account. Copy the URL for this account (in this case: ab123.infusionsoft.com) and paste it into the field on BigMarker. If you want to set this as the default URL, check the box labelled “Set as Default URL?"
Step 3: If you want to add Infusionsoft contacts with a certain tag to an invite list on BigMarker, select a list under “Infusionsoft Tag for Invitations”. Then, enter a name under “Contact List Name for Import” for the list on BigMarker. Click on “Import Infusionsoft Contacts for Invitations” to create the invite list. The list will be available to use on the “Send Email Invitations” page.
Step 4: To register Infusionsoft contacts with a certain tag to your webinar, select an option under “Infusionsoft Tag for Registrants”. Once a tag is selected, click “Register Infusionsoft Contacts” to add those contacts as registrants in your webinar.
Step 5: To add new webinar registrants to Infusionsoft and assign them a tag, select a tag under “Infusionsoft Tag for Registrants”. If you want new registrants to be added to Infusionsoft automatically, check the box labelled “Add New Registrants Automatically?” Click “Export Conference Registrants” to export webinar registrants to Infusionsoft and assign them with the tag selected.
Step 6: To include personalized URL data with registrants added to Infusionsoft, a custom field must be created first. Follow this guide to create a new custom field for Contacts with type URL. Then, follow this guide to find the backend database name for the field you created. Insert this name into the “Custom Field for Personalized URL” field.
