I'm getting a "We are setting up your webinar server" and "Server Initializing" notice

If you just created the conference, it can take a few minutes for the server that's hosting the conference to set-up. If it takes longer than 10 minutes, try refreshing the page, if it continues, please contact support@bigmarker.com

If you are seeing this notice and you created the conference weeks, days or hours in advance, please email support as well.
