I can't get into the webinar. What should I do?

1. Make sure you are on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

2. Make sure you are on a computer or the mobile app. (We do not support mobile browsers.)

3. Make sure you are logged in. Or, enter as a guest.

4. If the conference is at capacity, you will not be able to enter. Each webinar is "first come, first serve."

5. You might have a Firewall. You will have to open certain ports. Please visit or section on Firewalls.
