My camera is not working

  1. Take a look at our System Requirements section.
  2. Make sure you have the right to share your Webcam. Ask the presenter in the chat.
  3. Have you clicked the Webcam button to share?
  4. Are your Webcam's settings correct? Have you selected the correct Webcam to share? Please take a look at "How Do I Switch my Camera?"
  5. If you are using an external camera, try unplugging it, leave the room and re-entering.
  6. Is there another program that may be using your Webcam? Like Skype or Hangouts? Quit those programs and re-enter your conference room.
  7. If all else fails, restart your web browser and then your computer.
