Why can't I hear the other participants?

Not being able to hear audio is usually a computer (hardware) or browser issue. Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure you computer's volume is not turned down or muted
  2. Be sure that the you've enabled the attendees microphones or unmuted those who are speaking
  3. If you're using a headset, unplug it, then leave the room and re-enter without it
  4. Exit the room, reload your browser and re-enter the room
  5. Switch browsers then re-enter the room
  6. Restart your computer and re-enter the room
