People can't get in the room. What can I do?

Have them visit our Troubleshooting section

There are a few things that might cause this:

  1. They are using an outdated or non compatible browser. Make sure they are using Google Chrome or Firefox
  2. They are using a mobile device like an iPad, tablet or phone. They need to be on a desktop or laptop.
  3. They are not logged in. If they registered, they'll need to login. Otherwise they'll need to enter as guests
  4. They are behind a firewall. They will have to open certain ports. Please visit or section on Firewalls.
