Audio and video quality is poor. What can I do?

Internet connectivity is normally the cause for poor audio and video especially with wireless connections. Here are some simple solutions:

  • Change wifi networks (if possible)
  • Plug directly into your internet with an ethernet cable
  • Restart your modem or router
