Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policies

All BigMarker subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. BigMarker does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.

 

Fees and Charges.

Subscription Fees. Client (BigMarker community organizer) shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes BigMarker (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s community subscription and billing page. Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. Client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on BigMaker’s net income. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse BigMarker upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold BigMarker harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

 

Cancellation Policy. Client (BigMarker community organizer) acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their community subscription. Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their BigMarker Account and going to the applicable community, clicking settings and choosing the “Downgrade community” option under subscription and billing. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Client can learn how to cancel their account here. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. However, you can contact support if you are having difficulty or need help. 

For monthly dues being paid within a community, you must contact the organizer of the community to have you removed from the community, cancel your account, or leave the community. 

 

Refunds.

All BigMarker subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. After 14 days, the chosen Pro Plan Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable no refunds will be issued. BigMarker does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Third Party Charges. Client shall directly pay the fees and charges for all third party vendors whose services Client uses in connection with the Services (e.g., internet access providers, telephone carriers, etc.). In addition to any fees charged by BigMarker, BigMarker reserves the right to charge Client for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions or other charges that are legally required or assessed.
