Depending on the level of your BigMarker plan, you can host a certain maximum number of attendees inside of your webinar room.
Note: This capacity limit only applies to the attendees inside the actual webinar room while it's in session, not to the number of registrants for a session.
So if your plan's capacity limit is 10,000 people, 11,000 people will be able to register for the session, but only 10,000 of those registrants can access the live webinar room at once. Because only 40 percent of online event registrants actually attend the session, we recommend increasing capacity only if the number of registrants is substantially higher than your plan's capacity limit.
How can I increase the capacity of my webinar?
If you need to secure additional seats for your BigMarker session, past your plan's capacity limits, you will need to upgrade your BigMarker plan to accommodate those guests. Use the following steps:
1. Log into your webinar and select the Manage Webinar tab.
2. Staying in this tab, scroll down to Webinar Capacity, which will display the number of registrants and seats left, as dictated by your BigMarker plan's capacity limits. Here, click Get more seats.
You'll then proceed to a screen featuring options to upgrade your BigMarker plan, which will increase your webinars' capacity limits.
You can also upgrade your account in your channel's Subscription & Billing section. Here, you have the option to change your current plan as well, and you will see a breakdown of our various plans.
