Refresh your page, restart your browser or restart your computer

If you are having issues hearing, or cannot share your mic or camera 

  • Refresh the page or exit and re-enter
  • Switch browsers (Either Chrome or Firefox)
  • If you are on Chrome, try updating and relaunching it here: chrome://settings/help Monosnap__3_.png
  • Quit and restart your browser
  • Change networks (plugin directly when possible)
  • Restart your computer

If you plug in your headset, microphone or camera after you've entered the room, you may need to leave the room and re-enter.
