I'm getting a red error message when I try to enter the webinar- What do I do?

What does the error message mean?

If you're trying to enter a webinar and you get a red error message at the top of the screen (see image below), it means you are either on an incompatible browser/device or your browser is out of date. 

What do I need to do to fix this issue?

I'm on a:

COMPUTER (Desktop or Laptop): To attend a BigMarker webinar on your computer or laptop you'll need to be on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you already have one of these browsers, simply copy and paste the webinar URL into the web browser. If you do not have one of these browsers, download them here:  Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Then, copy and paste the webinar URL into the web browser you just downloaded.

MOBILE DEVICE (Smartphone or Tablet): You must download the free BigMarker app to attend a webinar on a mobile device.
