To add registrants to your virtual event, start at your series dashboard, select the Manage Series tab. In the left-hand menu, select Manage Series Registrations
This page displays a list of all registrants, the date they registered and how they registered for the event. NOTE: Every registrant on this list will receive all event registration confirmation and reminder emails that are scheduled to send through BigMarker.
To add new registrants, select Add Registrants, located on the top corner of the Manage Series Registrations page.
In the pop-up that appears, upload a CSV file of registrants or manually enter their names and email addresses. Note that an email address is required to registered for BigMarker event. Because all confirmations and access links are sent to this email, make sure you providing active, frequently used email addresses for these guests.
