Yes, BigMarker works around the globe!
First, we recommend setting your channel's server to your closest location. You can do this by going to https://www.bigmarker.com/host-dashboard, clicking "Settings" at the top of the page, going to "Global Profile," and selecting the geographical area nearest you. For China, that could be East Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia (Seoul), or East Asia (Hong Kong).
Next, after creating your webinar, you can change the server of the webinar by going to Manage Webinar -> Edit -> Advanced Settings -> Location, as shown below:
While you're in the Edit tab, it will be helpful to turn off Google Translation as China blocks Google products:
If you would like to change the language of the channel from its default of English, go to your Channel -> Settings -> Language.
As you can see, there are translations pre-set when the language changes, but should you want to change the verbiage or phrasing, you can use the "Search" bar for said phrasing, and then manually insert a translation.
Should you want to use a language not found in our system, email support@bigmarker.com for further instructions on how to get the language added.
Lastly, we recommend a strong VPN connection to ensure maximum connectivity to the site.
