Previously, hosts and admins needed to wait until their live webinar ended and converted into an on-demand session, before customizing and designing the video player for its on-demand recording. But now, we have made the process more efficient for hosts and admins by being able to customize the on-demand webinar player for their live event recordings before the live session begins. This way, you can edit as needed, when needed, which saves time and minimizes the risk of error.
How to do it: You can create a live webinar, add your desired customizations to the on-demand video player (using the steps below) or create a live webinar template and add customizations then. Once you save this template, you can easily use the same logo, colors, graphics, etc. for future live-to-on-demand sessions without needing to create and design another on-demand video player. (To learn more about webinar templates, click here.)
(Note: The video present in the Edit Recording Player tab will be switched out once the Live Webinar is converted to On-Demand.)

How to Edit Live Webinar Recordings
- Log in to your live webinar and select the Manage Webinar tab. (Confirm that you’re editing the live webinar by checking the teal box just below the webinar’s title.)
- Click Edit Recording Player, located on the left-hand side of this tab.
3. From there, you’ll proceed to an editing window. Use the options in the left-hand menu to customize your on-demand video player.
4. Click Save & Exit to save changes. When your live webinar converts to an on-demand session, all of the customizations you chose will display in the video player.
You can also click Embed & Share to receive an embed link, which you can use to embed your on-demand webinar on your website or social media.
