You can enable your attendees to enter your webinar as a presenter, where they will have access to share their screen, use whiteboards, and share files without having access to the Host Control Panel. This gives everyone access to share important documents and interact with each other while giving the presenters/admins in the meeting the ability to control the high-level settings.
How to Enable Attendees to enter as Presenters
1. On the webinar dashboard, click to the Edit tab
2. Scroll down to Advanced Settings and under Room Controls Permissions, click Attendees can enter the room as presenters.
3. Click Save Changes.
When entering, attendees will have the same view as presenters, which includes the ability to share their cameras and microphones, share their screens, share files and more. They will also have the ability to switch back and forth between the presenter and attendee view. Watch the video below to see this in live action:
