Attendees can now set meetings with one another directly with our Meeting Scheduler. Attendees can set their availability during check-in, then schedule meetings with other attendees. With this feature, attendees can schedule official meetings with one another, network, hold brainstorming sessions and more, all during your event. This increases both the quality and quantity of interactions at events, which results in improved attendee satisfaction and retention. .

Similar to our Meeting Scheduler in Exhibitor booths, attendees can click on the meeting icon on other attendee’s business cards to view their availability, then schedule a meeting. Attendees can view their meetings on their profile to accept or deny meetings — or join one that’s in progress.
