Utilize Lucky Draw within your events, a gamification feature that will select an attendee from your event’s audience at random to receive a prize. You can upload a CSV file of attendees to select from or choose from your live audience. This interactive feature is great for incentivizing engagement with prize packs that can be sponsored by yourself or your sponsors. Learn more below about how to use Lucky Draw.
How to Use Lucky Draw
1. On your event’s Manage Webinar dashboard, scroll down to the Lucky Draw section.
2. Click On under Enable Lucky Draw?
3. Customize the title and description of the lucky draw
4. Select how many winners are to be selected from the lucky draw
5. Click Save
You will need to upload a CSV file of your attendees you’d like to qualify for the lucky draw. At the bottom, you will be able to upload the CSV file, in the format of your attendee’s first name, last name and email address. After uploading, you can see the list of participants and delete them if needed.
When entering your event, you will be able to start the lucky draw with the lucky draw icon on the engagement panel. You can select from the pre-uploaded CSV file or you can select from your audience. You can adjust the amount of winners selected both in the room and in the Lucky Draw section. Click Spin! to begin the lucky draw.
Your audience will see the Lucky Draw on their screen and who is announced as the winner. Watch the video below to see this in live action:
